Help with PrintTracker.

If something is not behaving as expected, the quickest route is email. Include the app version, your iOS version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send printer account credentials or sensitive files.

Common questions

Why is a price or energy value marked as missing?

PrintTracker does not silently treat missing material prices or electricity inputs as confirmed zero. Add the value, or deliberately leave that cost out where the editor permits it.

Why did my stock not change?

Drafts and estimates never deduct stock. A deduction is optional, uses actual consumption, and only occurs after a completed job is confirmed.

Why is a synced photo unavailable?

Structured records can sync through private iCloud, but photos remain local in this release. A job created on another device can therefore show a safe placeholder.

Which files can I import?

Only recognised plain-text slicer G-code and validated Bambu Studio sliced 3MF packages. Unsliced 3MF projects, binary G-code and resin formats are rejected rather than guessed.

How do I remove data?

Delete individual jobs, printer profiles and spools inside the app. To remove all local data, delete the app. Private iCloud records remain under your iCloud account and may resync when the app is reinstalled.
